To date the brewery produces around 700 bbl's annually.
All beer brewed at Randy’s is natural and no preservatives are added. The brew process takes approximately seven hours and produces 7 bbl's., or for you “brew fanatics,” that's a 7 bbl's. system. Depending on the type of beer being brewed it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months to be fully ready. At one time there can be up to 6 beers on tap in the Fun Hunter’s Lounge.

The most unique feature about Randy’s Restaurant and
Fun Hunter’s Brewery is, well, the Brewery itself. Labeled Hunter Brau and hand-crafted right in our facility, Randy’s
Fun Hunter’s Brewery has become a favorite hot spot, for those young and old.

1994 marked the inaugural brew after Randy himself, trained and attended brewing classes at the Siebel Institute of Technology in Chicago. After graduating with honors, Randy saught the knowledge of world renowned “Master Brewer,” Karl Strauss on German Brewing techniques as well as the design of the Brewery.
